I have always believed that it should be easy to give good customer service when things are going well, it’s when there’s a problem that you really find out how far a business is prepared to go to help. When my electric bike conversion stopped working (controller failure) I called Rebecca at REV-Bikes who immediately contacted the manufacture to obtain a check list of tests for me to try. When it was clear that this was not going to be an easy fix, I call Rebecca again and explained that I rely on my bike to get me to work and that I felt sure the problem was with the motor. Without question Rebecca personally drove to my house with a new wheel (also other parts in case I was wrong) and waited with me while I swapped out the wheel. We got the bike going and I was back on the road the next day. That’s what I call outstanding customer service.
