Delivery Policy

REV-Bikes provide delivery across all of Australia and New Zealand. We normally use Australia Post, but some of our goods are too bulky, or need to be transported by road (batteries for example cannot be transported by air). So we also use a selection of reliable couriers to provide a prompt to-your-door service.

The cost of postage and handling is calculated based on your location, and is displayed prior to final checkout.


  In most cases, goods will be received within 3-7 days of your order being placed.   In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we process your order, and will provide an estimated arrival date for your goods.


 – You will need to call us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel an order.   We will provide a refund, less our administration fee charge of $10 for all cancelled orders within this timeframe.   Orders which have already been dispatched will not receive a refund.   Call (03) 9024 6653 if you wish to cancel an order.

Security Policy

REV-Bikes DO NOT store your credit card.   We use Paypal for processing EFTPOS & Credit Card Transactions.   Your Credit Card Information is not stored in our database, nor is it accessible to anyone else during the payment process.

Also, Seedlinks will NEVER sell your phone, email or address details to any other company.. We hate junk mail as much as you, maybe more!   We will not SPAM you, but if you are happy to receive our occasional Newsletters and/or Special Offers, then ensure this box is checked when you register a Username and Password.

Refunds & Returns

While every care is taken to deliver your products safely and securely, we understand that  on odd occasions, stock  may arrived damaged or broken.   If this is the case with your order, please contact us with your invoice number,  within  7 days of receiving your order.

It can also happen occasionally that a fault develops in one of the components of your kit.   We need to know exactly what happened, what you were doing prior to and when it happened, and will usually ask for some specific details, such as photo’s or video, for an initial evaluation.

It is normally a requirement that you post the damaged goods back to us so we can confirm the damage, return postage is NOT paid for by us.   Refunds and  exchanges will be negotiated once we have evaluated the damage to the product, or prior in some cases where it is more practical to do this initially with photographs via email.

We do not offer refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

We can assist you with any warranty claims, within the warranty period of your product.

We do not cover products damaged during or due to careless installation (this includes, but it not limited to, broken cables coming out of the hub motor, damaging to the rim after riding, reduced battery capacity).   You MUST follow our install guidelines, provided on the website, and in email when ordering.

Please email  before returning damaged goods, so we can ensure we can resolve the situation in the most efficient way.
